This is my first post using an iPhone app called Lifecast. It's basically a way to blog from my iPhone.
One good piece of news. My blood pressure is now at a real good place. My blood pressure used to be high. And since I've been seeing my doctor about it I have lost 9 pounds.
Just waiting for the bus...

hi! =) meandered here thru twitter... i've gone through abt. 5 meds. for high blood pressure AND gained weight - are you taking anything, and if so, what are you on???
